By accessing the Website, purchasing a product, downloading a digital product, booking a tarot reading, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Our products may include, without limitation:

• tarot and oracle decks;

• candles;

• jewellery;

• herbs;

• clothing;

• ritual and spiritual supplies;

• digital products; and

• other metaphysical or spiritually themed products.

2. METAPHYSICAL, SPIRITUAL AND TAROT DISCLAIMER

Witch Please provides products, information and services relating to spirituality, metaphysical practices, symbolism, divination, tarot, oracle cards, rituals and related subjects.

All spiritual, metaphysical and tarot-related information, interpretations and services provided by Witch Please are intended for entertainment, personal reflection, spiritual exploration and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided by Witch Please constitutes:

• medical advice;

• psychological or mental-health advice;

• legal advice;

• financial or investment advice;

• professional counselling;

• diagnosis or treatment of any illness or condition; or

• a guarantee of a particular outcome.

Tarot and other divination services are interpretive practices. Readings are not guaranteed predictions of future events and should not be relied upon as certain or factual predictions.

3. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and other information on the Website are accurate.

However, many Witch Please products are handmade, natural, vintage, individually crafted or otherwise subject to variation.

Natural stones, crystals, herbs, handmade items and similar products may naturally vary in:

• colour;

• shape;

• size;

• texture;

• markings;

• inclusions;

• finish; and

• appearance.

These natural or handmade variations are not necessarily defects.

Colours displayed on your screen may also differ from the actual colour of a product depending on your device and display settings.

4. PRODUCT SAFETY

You are responsible for using products safely and according to any instructions or warnings provided with the product.

Certain products may present risks if misused.

Candles

Candles must never be left unattended while burning.

Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, drafts and other sources of danger.

Place candles on an appropriate heat-resistant surface and follow all safety instructions supplied with the product.

Witch Please is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use, misuse or failure to follow product safety instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Herbs and other materials

Unless a product is expressly identified as being suitable for consumption, do not ingest products sold by Witch Please.

Products intended for spiritual, decorative, ritual or metaphysical use are not automatically food, medicine, supplements or cosmetics.

Use appropriate caution regarding allergies, sensitivities, pets, children and household safety.

5. AGE REQUIREMENTS

Witch Please does not impose a general 18+ requirement for purchasing from the Website.

However, customers must be legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable law.

Certain products may have specific legal or safety restrictions. Where such restrictions apply, they take precedence over this general policy.

6. PRICES AND TAXES

All prices displayed on the Website are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required.

Witch Please reserves the right to change prices at any time.

We will not normally change the price of an order after the order has been accepted, except where correction is necessary due to an obvious error or where otherwise permitted by law.

7. ORDERS

When you place an order through the Website, you are submitting a request to purchase the products selected in your order.

An order confirmation indicates that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled; or

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any refund required as a result will be processed through the applicable payment method.

Payments may be processed through PayPal and/or payment services made available through Wix.

Witch Please does not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment-card information.

Payment transactions are subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and policies.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and to have authorization to use the payment method provided.

9. SHIPPING

Witch Please ships internationally where shipping is available.

Shipping costs, available delivery methods and applicable estimates will be displayed during checkout where available.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

International orders may be subject to:

• customs procedures;

• import duties;

• taxes;

• brokerage fees;

• customs delays;

• restrictions imposed by the destination country; or

• other charges imposed by local authorities or carriers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered are permitted to be imported into their destination country.

Witch Please is not responsible for delays, seizures, customs restrictions or additional charges imposed by a destination country's authorities.

10. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are supplied electronically.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for having the necessary device, software and internet connection required to access the digital product.

Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal use unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, upload, share, sublicense or commercially exploit digital products without written permission from Witch Please.

Because digital products are supplied electronically, they are generally final sale once access or delivery has been provided, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. TAROT READINGS

Tarot readings are offered through video call.

When booking a reading, you are responsible for providing accurate contact and scheduling information.

A tarot reading is an interpretive spiritual service and is not a guarantee of future events or outcomes.

Readings should not be relied upon as a substitute for qualified professional advice.

Witch Please reserves the right to refuse or end a reading where necessary because of abusive, threatening, discriminatory, inappropriate or unsafe conduct.

Additional reading-specific terms, including cancellation or scheduling requirements, may appear at the time of booking and form part of the agreement for that service.

12. NO GUARANTEE OF METAPHYSICAL EFFECTS

Witch Please does not guarantee that any product will produce a particular spiritual, energetic, emotional, financial, romantic, physical or other result.

Descriptions of traditional or commonly attributed properties of crystals, herbs, candles, spiritual tools or other metaphysical products are not guarantees of their effectiveness.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content appearing on the Website, including:

• photographs;

• graphics;

• logos;

• written content;

• product descriptions;

• designs;

• digital products;

• branding; and

• other original materials

14. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND SUBMITTED CONTENT

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment or other content to Witch Please, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.

By submitting content, you grant Witch Please a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, display and use the content for legitimate business, promotional and marketing purposes.

We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.
